Two groups of Year 11 Geography students visited the River Morlais in Llangennech on Wednesday 19th and Friday 21st September.
Pupils took readings from three different sites on the river to test the width, depth, velocity of the river flow and why changes took place from one site to another. They also studied the size and shape of rocks and gradients of the valley sides and riverbed.
The weather was kind to us on both days and an informative and enjoyable day was had by all pupils.
